Cancellation Policy
If you are to cancel we ask that you give us 24 hours in advance to ensure a timely manner both client and consultant (Tyiesha Rushing). All events will be followed up with a quote and invoice. Events over 500.00 will be required for a deposit of 200.00. No down payment no services will be rendered. You will have the chance to pay installment payments. Based on the initial quoted prices. Example; 3000 total event price, Invoice of 50% of this would be paid within 24 hours after initial consultation services, with deposit. The remaining must be paid no later than 3 days before the event actually occurs. If for any reason in the event you must cancel your planned event. You must notify us in writing by email within 7 days before the original date of your projected event date. This allows for any loss to both Our Village Events LLC and their partnered vendors.
